摘 要:传统的机械式封隔器具有尺寸较大、结构复杂井下入困难、可靠性差、施工风险较高和裸眼适应性差等缺点。为此,开展了基于形状记忆聚合物的封隔器研制工作。根据形状记忆聚合物材料的变形原理和性能参数,通过室内试验开发出适用于封隔器胶筒的形状记忆聚合物材料,并提出封隔器样机的初步设计方案。对不同的封隔器胶筒成形工艺(拉伸成形工艺、辊轧成形工艺)进行研究和评估,最终确定辊轧成形工艺完全满足形状记忆封隔器胶筒的制造技术要求。The traditional mechanical packer has some weaknesses, such as large size, running difficulty in complex structure well, low reliability, high operating risk and poor open-hole adaptability. Therefore, a packer with rubber made of shape memory polymer (SMP) material was developed. According to the principle and performance parameters of SMP material, the SMP material suitable for packer rubber was developed through laboratory test. The initial design scheme of packer prototype was formulated. Research and assessment of different packer rub- ber forming technologies, such as tensile forming technology and roll forming technology, were conducted. Finally, it was determined that roll forming technology completely satisfies the requirement of manufacture technology for SMP packer rubber.
