摘 要:为满足长庆油田大液量施工井压后快速返排及林区高安全环保作业的要求,研究了反循环水力排液泵,将该泵应用于压后排液求产工序,并进行现场试验。试验结果表明,反循环水力排液泵日排液量可达到100~200m3,能够满足现场排液要求,排液效率高,安全环保效果好。但是,该泵在锁定机构、打捞方式、配套封隔器的稳定性以及坐封方式等方面仍需进一步完善。鉴于此,进行以下改进设计:①将泵芯锁定机构采用嵌入式卡爪,泵芯从井口投入后与本体专用锁槽配合,实现排液过程中泵芯与本体可靠连接;②打捞工具设计有插杆、打捞爪和泵送辅助工具;③在泵芯底部设计滑套式单流阀,单流阀开启压力设定为25MPa,可使停泵后管柱内液面不重新回落至地层;(少设计Y211封隔器,该封隔器变旋转坐封方式为提放坐封方式,减轻了坐封过程中工人的劳动强度,并可避免旋转管柱过程中反扭矩带来的风险。In order to realize fast flowing back after well stimulation with large amount of fluid and meet the requirements of high level safety and environmental protection in forest area in Changqing Oilfield, a hydraulic pump for reverse circulation is developed for well production after stimulation, and a series of field tests have been conducted. The test results show that the hydraulic pump for reverse circulation has high drainage efficiency with a drainage capacity of up to 100 - 200 m3, which meets the field requirements with high level safety and environmen- tal protection performance. However, there are some points to be improved, such as the locking mechanism, fishing method, the stability of the mating packer and the packer setting method. To address these problems, several design improvements are made: (1)A built-in jaw is adopted in the locking mechanism of the pump plunger. The pump plunger coordinates with a dedicated body lock slot after run in hole, making a reliable connection with the body in the process of fluid flowing back; (2)The fishing tool is designed with insert bar, fishing grab and pumping auxiliary tool ; (3)A sliding sleeve non-return valve is set at the bottom of the pump plunger with an opening pressure of 25 MPa, which could prevent the fluid in the tubing from flowing back to the formation after shutting down the pump ; (4)Y211 packer is designed with lifting-to-setting method instead of rotating setting method, which could re- duce workers' labor intensity in setting packer and migrate risks caused by reactive torque during rotating string.
