摘  要:为了满足青海油田精细注水的需要,针对大斜度井、新转注井和高压深井在分注和测调方面存在的问题,研制了将可调水嘴集成于配水器内部的免投捞同心分注和测调系统。该系统由免投捞配水工作筒、同心测调仪和地面控制器组成,配水工作筒与可调水嘴形成一体,无需钢丝投捞水嘴即可实现坐封和测调。系统结构简单,性能稳定可靠,有较大的过流通道,可防止砂、蜡及死油堵。现场测试结果表明,系统具有省时、省工、省成本、测调准确和成功率高的特点,可大幅降低分注和调配作业的施工难度,值得进一步推广应用。In order to meet the fine water injection requirement of Qinghai oil field and to address the issues encountered during separate injection, measurement and adjustment in highly deviated wells, new injection wells and the high pressure deep wells, a new fishing-free concentric separate injection, measurement and adjustment system is developed. The new developed system, which integrates adjustable nozzle in the water regulator, consists of fishing-free mandrel, concentric measurement and adjustment device and surface controller. Water regulator set- ting, measuring and adjusting could be done without running in and fishing nozzles with slick line. The system has a large flow channel which is beneficial to prevent sand, wax and dead oil plug. Thus, the system has a simple structure and reliable and stable performance. Field test results show that the system is labor-saving, time-saving and cost-effective and has an accurate measurement and adjustment with high success rate. The new developed water regulator system can significantly reduce the operation difficulty of separate injection and water regulation, thus further applications are recommended.
