摘 要:用传统的固态反应法合成了新型红色Eu3+掺杂的Gd2SrAl2O7红色荧光粉。通过添加Li2CO3助熔剂,有效地降低了反应温度,获得了纯Gd2SrAl2O7相。用X射线衍射仪分析确认了产物为Gd2SrAl2O7晶相,并用光谱仪测试了光谱性能,发现当Eu3+掺杂浓度为30%时,荧光粉在623 nm处有最强发光,是Y2O3:Eu3+的两倍。(Gd0.7Eu0.3)2SrAl2O7(x=0.650,y=0.349)色度值与美国国家电视标准委员会标准值(x=0.670,y=0.330)接近。A novel red phosphor of Eu^3+doped Gd2SrAl2O7was successfully synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method. Li2CO3was employed as the flux to decrease the reaction temperature,and pure Gd2SrAl2O7 phases were obtained. X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed it was Gd2SrAl2O7phase. The optical properties were analyzed and it was found that the doping content reached 30%,the phosphor had the maximal emission intensity at 623 nm,which was about two times higher than that of Y2O3: Eu^3+. The chromaticity coordinates of( Gd0. 7 Eu0. 3)2SrAl2O7( x =0. 650,y =0. 349) were close to the standard of National Television Standard Committee( NTSC) values( x = 0. 670,y = 0. 330).
