摘 要:对呼和浩特炼油厂混合碱渣废水进行了理化性质及组成分析,然后对混合碱渣进行双氧水氧化脱硫、蒸馏及活性炭吸附等处理方法的研究。经过双氧水氧化脱硫、蒸馏和活性炭吸附组合工艺处理后的混合碱渣COD由101 592降为653 mg/L,S2-由11 478降为14.59 mg/L,酚含量由1 560.6降为9.03 mg/L。经此组合工艺预处理后的碱渣废水各主要污染物指标均满足了污水处理厂污水进生化池的条件。此组合工艺基本无二次污染产生,是目前炼油厂碱渣废水深度处理较好的方法。The physical-chemical properties and compositions of mixed spent caustic wastewater were analyzed. The integrated process of oxidization for removal of sulfide, distillation for reducing COD (chemical oxygen demand), and active carbon adsorption for removal of phenol was studied. Finally, after treatment by the integrated process, the concentrations of COD, S2-and phenol can be decreased from 101 592 mg/L, 11 478 and 1 560.6 mg/L to 653 mg/L, 14.59 mg/L and 9.03 mg/L, respectively. Main pollutant indexes of pretreated refinery wastewater can basically meet the conditions of the wastewater going into the biochemical pool. This combined process is no second pollution, and is a good method for treatment of the refinery alkaline residue wastewater.
