摘  要:由于新增一股加氢裂化石脑油,某炼厂连续重整装置由60万t/a改造至80万t/a,原设计的重整汽油辛烷值为102。为缩短改造周期,确定以再生系统利旧、重整循环氢压缩机不动改为改造的前提条件,装置通过适当降低苛刻度至RON101,采用重整催化剂换季、新增板式换热器、"四合一"加热炉增加炉管、重整产物空冷器由湿空冷代替原来的干空冷、更新塔盘、更换两台再接触罐、改造氨冷冻系统、更换换热器及更换机泵等手段顺利完成了装置的扩能改造。同时为了在紧急停车情况下保护重整反应器内构件和进料换热器,增加了低流量低加热模式的流程管线。装置改造后的能耗降低了7.8 kcal/t重整进料。标定结果表明,该装置在80万t/a的规模下可以生产辛烷值为101的重整汽油。The capacity of CCR unit in a refinery was revamped from 600 to 800 kt/a through adding a new stream of hydrocracking naphtha. The reformate RON of original unit was 102. In order to reduce the revamping period, under the condition that continuous regeneration system and recycle compressor were not changed ,the unit expansion was successfully achieved by reducing reformate RON to 101, replacement of reforming catalyst, addition of tubes to the furnace, replacement of vertical heat exchanger with plate heat exchanger, replacing products condenser by wet air cooler, revamping of tower, replacement of recontact-drum No.1 and recontact-drum No.2, revamping of refrigerator system, revamping of exchangers and pumps. At the same time a low flow and low firing mode flow was added in order to protect reactor internals and plate heat exchanger in case of emergency shutdown. The consumption was reduced by 7.8 kg EO/t compared to original unit. The result of calibration shows that the revamped unit can produce reformate with RON 101 on the capacity of 800 kt/a.
