摘 要:建立室内空气中尼古丁残留量的GC-NPD测定方法,以此作为评价室内空气中烟草烟气(ETS)污染程度的依据。此方法使用被动式采样器进行采样,以1%的硫酸氢钠为吸收液;2 mL二氯甲烷作为萃取溶剂;4 mL 1.5 mol/L的氢氧化钠为洗脱液;超声提取20 min;漩涡混合2 min,GC-NPD测定。方法线性范围0.050~5.0μg/mL,相关系数0.9996,最低检出浓度0.5μg/m3,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%~4.9%。此方法具有选择性好、灵敏度高、准确度高的特点,可用于室内环境空气中尼古丁的测定。A GC-NPD method was established to determine nicotine residues in indoor air, as the basis for evaluation of tobacco smoke (ETS) pollution degree of indoor air. This method used passive samplers for sampling;glass fiber diaphragm was dipped with 1%of sodium hydrogen sulfate;2 mL methylene chloride was used as extraction solvent, 4 mL 1.5 mol/L sodium hydroxide was used as eluent;ultrasonic extraction time was 20 min,and eddy mixing time was 2 min;at last, the sample was determined by GC-NPD. The results show that, the linear range is 0.050-5.0μg/mL, the correlation coefficient is 0.9996, the limit of detectable concentration(S/N=3)is 5.0μg/m3,the relative standard deviation (RSD) of actual samples analysis is 3.1 %~ 4.9 %. The method has high selectivity, high sensitivity and accuracy. It can be applied to determine nicotine content in indoor air.
