摘　　要：当前木材科学与工程专业科学研究及实验教学中急需一套木材气体渗透性测试装置。在试验结果需客观准确的前提下,以操作过程简便易行为目标,对试样装夹方法(试样加工、夹具结构)以及夹具与测试系统的对接方式等关键技术进行了优化设计,成功应用了金属开孔器,D、F型快速接头等市场上常见的装置和附件,开发了一套可快速测定木材气体渗透性的新型实验装置。Nowadays,there are some lots research and experimental teaching needs for the testing of wood gas permeability in the major of wood science and technology.For To achieving achieve the goal of quick and simple operation,under the precondition of ensuring the reliability and comparability of the results,we adopted the key technologies such as the method of specimen clamping,including the wood sample preparation and,the clamp structure,and the installation pattern for attaching the clamp to the testing system were specially considered in the design process.The metal hole saw and type D and F quick coupling,which could be commonly got in the market,were successfully utilized in the development of this new kind of measurement device for gas permeability of wood.
