浅议体育专业运动生化实验员的素质

摘　　要：实验员素质的高低关系着实验教学及科研的成败,尤其是体育院校的实验员,其素质可直接影响教学质量。通过文献资料和逻辑研究法及体育专业院校学生培养的特点,结合体育专业院校运动生化实验室技术现代化发展特点,分析运动生化实验员应具备的素质要求。实验员认识到自身岗位的重要性,增强责任意识,在平凡的岗位上热爱、立足本职工作。并坚持不懈地认真学习,多实践、多积累,使各方面的素质得到全面、和谐、健康地发展,以便更好地胜任实验室工作为实验教学、科研服务。The paper discusses the quality of biochemistry laboratory technicians.It points out that their quality has to affect the teaching quality of sports specialty.Through the literature and logical research,combining with charactcristics of exercise biochemical laboratory technology modernization development in sports colleges and universities,the paper analyzes the quality that biochemical laboratory technician needs.Under the background of professional sports,biochemical laboratory technician＇s quality contains three aspects,namely the noble thought personal character,solid knowledge and technology,good physical and mental state.Exercise biochemistry laboratory technicians only possess the above qualities,then they can better meet the needs of sports science and technology development,and improve the quality of teaching in all-round way.
