摘　　要：针对我国部分高校对实验室安全工作重要性认识不到位、宣传与安全培训不到位、管理不到位、监管不力,致使实验室安全事故时有发生的现状,在介绍美国、新加坡等国高校安全管理经验的同时,强调做好实验室安全工作必须达到以下要求:全体教职工,特别是学校各级领导对实验室安全管理重要性的认识到位,高度重视;将高校实验室安全管理纳入国家相关安全管理体系,并要强化学校第一责任人的作用;制定完善的安全管理制度,并将其纳入国家相关法规体系,依法办事,执法严格,奖惩分明;加强专兼职安全管理队伍建设;普及安全知识与技能培训;加强实验室安全设备、设施建设;规范实验室有害废弃物的处理,使安全工作落到实处。The severe status of frequent occurrence of laboratory safety accidents is caused by the poor sense of laboratory safety,insufficient security training and publicity,mismanagement as well as the inadequate supervision.The paper introduces the management experience in America and Singapore.It emphases that all the faculties,especially the leaders have to raise the awareness of the importance of laboratory safety;safety management of laboratories in colleges and universities should be incorporated into the national safety management mechanism while enhancing the role of the primary liable person;sophisticated safety regulations,featuring law abiding,strict enforcement and clear-cut rewards and punishment,should be established and further get included into the legal system.Professional and part-time safety management personnel should be polished;safety knowledge and vocational training should be publicized;laboratory safety equipments should be strengthened.Legalize the disposition of hazardous wastes in order to pragmatically implement the safety work.
