有关初治涂阳肺结核短程督导化疗与治愈相关的影响因素探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨初治涂阳肺结核短程督导化疗中影响治疗结果的关键性因素。方法选择我院5年来收治的初治涂阳肺结核患者行短程督导化疗失败的患者50例作为观察组,选取治疗成功的100例患者作为对照组,分析两组患者治愈情况的影响因素。结果影响程度最为显著的是精神负担因素与患者血清白蛋白水平。精神负担重、吸烟、糖尿病都是治疗是否能够成功的核心因素。结论通过心理干预减轻患者精神负担,改善室内通风与患者营养状况,督促患者戒烟,都能有效提高初治涂阳肺结核短程督导化疗成功治愈的可能。Objective To explore the key factors influencing the results of treatment of initial smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in DOTS. Methods 50 cases of failed patients treated with initial smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in DOTS were selected as the observation group, and 100 cases of successfully treated patients were taken as the control group. The influence factors of the two groups were analyzed. Results The most significant impact was the spiritual burden factors and serum albumin level. The spirit of the heavy burden, smoking, and diabetes were the core factors for treatment success. Conclusion The successful rate can be improved by reducing the mental bur-den of patients through psychological intervention, improving the indoor ventilation and the nutritional status of pa-tients, and urging patients to stop smoking in the treatment of initial smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in DOTS.
