浅析国产脱硫剂在LO-CAT硫磺回收装置上的工业应用

摘　　要：介绍了陕西延长石油炼化公司与天然气研究院共同开发的LO-CAT硫磺回收装置脱硫剂,在延安石油化工厂工业应用过程中出现的问题,并对试验出现的问题做出分析研究,给出相应地解决方法或建议。工业应用结果表明,国产脱硫剂满足LO-CAT硫磺回收装置的生产需求,所产粗硫磺颜色、含水量等基本正常,尾气中H2S含量<10 mg/m3达到环保要求。The application of desulfurizer, which was developed by the Shaanxi Yanchang petroleum （group） refining ＆ petrochemical company and the Natural Gas Institute in the LO - CAT sulfur recovery unit was presented. Meanwhile, the key problem and effect of the desulfurizer in Yan＇an petrochemical plant application were analyzed and the relevant methods or suggestion for resolving these matters were also provided. Industrial application results showed that the domestic desulfurizer met the production demand of LO - CAT sulfur recovery unit, coarse sulfur from the basic normal, such as color, moisture content of H2S in tail gas 〈 10 mg/m3 to achieve environmental protection requirement.
