摘 要:准噶尔盆地阜东斜坡区头屯河组储层具有极强的水敏性,在钻井过程中储层保护难度大,在以强抑制性直链高分子有机盐JN-2为核心处理剂的有机盐钻井液中,加入胺基抑制剂和"理想充填"暂堵剂,利用胺基抑制剂与"理想充填"暂堵剂的协同增效作用,进一步提高钻井液的抑制性和封堵性,实现钻井过程中的储层保护。通过室内试验,对有机盐钻井液的配方进行了优化。性能评价结果表明:优化后有机盐钻井液的流变性能稳定;高温高压滤失量由优化前的12.6mL降至8.0mL;页岩膨胀率从优化前的20%降至17%;岩屑回收率由优化前的90.14%提高至91.8%;储层天然岩心的渗透率恢复率从优化前的73.14%提高至82.15%。研究结果表明,利用胺基抑制剂与"理想充填"暂堵剂的协同增效作用可以提高钻井液的抑制性和封堵性,达到在钻井过程中保护极强水敏性储层的目的。The reservoir of Jurassic Toutunhe Formation in Fudong Slope Area in Junggar Basin has strong water sensitivity which has created challenges in reservoir protection while drilling .To minimize the drilling fluid damage to the reservoir ,the present organic salt drilling fluid system was optimized .Based on the organic salt drilling fluid system whose core components of main agent was a linear polymer -JN 2 with strong inhibitory ,amine inhibitors and “ideal packing” bridging agent were added to improve the inh-ibitive ability and sealing capability of the system ,thus achieving formation damage control during drilling . The drilling fluid was optimized through lab experiments .Experimental results showed that the rheological property of optimized drilling fluid system before and after aging was stable .HTHP filter loss was reduced from the original 12.6 mL to 8.0 mL .Shale expansion ratio was reduced from 20% to 17% .The recovery of shale was increased to 91.8% from 90.14% .Permeability recovery of natural reservoir cores increased to 82.15% from 73.14% .Results showed that the scheme of combination of amine inhibitors and “ideal pac-king” diversion agent could improve the drilling fluid inhibitive ability and sealing capability ,making it a reasonable application and an effective technical means to protect highly water sensitive formation in the drilling process .
