限时服务在骨科优质护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析限时服务在骨科优质护理中的应用效果,以期为进一步深化优质护理工作提供依据。方法便利抽样法选择2010年1月至2011年10月在解放军第117医院创伤骨科治疗的500例患者为实施前组,同法选择2011年11月至2013年6月在该院治疗的500例患者为实施后组,比较两组患者出院时的满意率及满意度评分。结果实施限时服务前后,两组患者在服务态度、入院宣教、巡视病房、疾病宣教、环境管理等方面满意率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组患者对护士工作满意度评分的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论限时服务服务有利于提高护理质量,构建和谐护患关系,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analysis the application effects of limited time nursing on nursing quality in department of orthopedics,and to provide the basis and guidance for further work to deepen the quality of nursing care.Methods By convenience sampling,500 cases of patients were selected as pre-implementation group,and another 500 cases were also randomly selected as after-implementation group,the patient＇s satisfaction rate and satisfaction level between two groups of patients were compared.Results There were significantly differences in two groups of patient＇s satisfaction rate in service attitude,hospitalizing education,ward round,disease education,and environment management before and after the implementation of limited time nursing（ P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of nursing job satisfaction（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion Limited time nursing services can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,so it worthwhile for clinical trial.
