共产党人权力观与和谐党群关系的构建——以小岗村书记沈浩的事迹为例

摘　　要：共产党人的权力观是影响党群关系的重要的因素之一。构筑和谐的党群关系需要共产党人持有正确的权力观。安徽凤阳小岗村书记沈浩就是践行马克思主义正确权力观的代表。通过对沈浩的权力观的分析,从马克思主义权力观角度探讨了当今影响党群关系和谐的因素,提出通过提高党员干部自身素质修养;提高党的执政能力和利益整合功能;完善权力监督法规制度等途径来构建和谐党群关系。The power view of the Communist Party is one of the most important factors influencing Party-masses relationship.To build a harmonious Party-masses relationship,it is necessary to hold the correct view of power of the Communist Party.SHEN Hao,the Party secretary of Xiaogang Cun,Fengyang,Anhui is the practice of Marxist correct view of power.In this paper,through the analysis of SHEN Hao＇s view of power and discussion on the factors influencing the harmonious Partymasses relationship,I put forward the countermeasures to realize the harmonious Party-masses relationship.
