摘 要:简要介绍了两层分采有杆抽油技术的应用价值和工作原理 ,研究了在实心抽油杆与空心抽油杆的界面处 ,空心泵对应力波的影响 ,得出了两层分采有杆抽油井预测模型的有限差分方程 ,并对空心泵的受力状态进行了分析。在计算机上编程运算得到预测模型的数值解 ,并绘制出两层分采有杆抽油系统的地面示功图和井下示功图。此计算方法可成为预测两层分采有杆抽油系统的动参数及进行故障诊断的参考依据。In this paper, the application value and work principle of sucker rod pumping technique of double layer separate recovery are briefly introduced, the effect of hollow pump upon the stress wave at the interface of solid and hollow sucker rod has been studied, a new set of finite difference equations of prediction model for sucker rod pumping wells of double layer separate recovery has been obtained, and the loading state of hollow pump has been analyzed. The corresponding numerical solution of prediction model has been obtained, and ground and down hole dynagraphs have been drawn. This algorithm may provide a powerful tool for predicting the dynamic parameters of sucker rod pumping system of double layer separate recovery and well site diagnosis.
