摘 要:在一台3HP分体落地式房间空调器壳体和风机等其他条件不变的情况下,将全铝微通道蒸发器替代铜铝翅片管蒸发器,对不同制冷剂充注量下微通道蒸发器房间空调器的性能以及微通道蒸发器制冷剂配液分布进行了红外成像试验研究.试验结果表明:微通道蒸发器房间空调器随着制冷剂充注量的增加,输入功率小幅上升0.27 kW,整机性能在充注量为2.3 kg时达到最优,制冷量和能效比呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,后者较前者由大变小的转变点有所滞后.红外成像结果同步反映出微通道蒸发器分液效果呈现出先变好后变差的趋势.与房间空调器原机铭牌参数相比,最佳充注量试验样机的制冷量增加2.50%,能效比高出2.84%,制冷剂充注量减少9.80%.A micro-channel evaporator using aluminum fins was used as substitution for traditional evaporator using copper tubes with aluminum fins in a split type of 3 HP floor-standing room air condi-tioner.Keeping the fans and other conditions consistent,experimental studies on this modified room air conditioner performance with various refrigerant charge and different refrigerant distribution in the micro-channels were conducted and visualized with infrared thermographs.The results show that in the air conditioner using micro-channel evaporator,with the increase of refrigerant charge,there is a mi-nor increase in input power of 0.27 kW,and the tested unit has the best performance with a refrigerant charge of 2.3 kg.Meanwhile,the cooling capacity and EER (energy efficiency ratio)increase first then tend to decline,with the turning point of EER lagging behind that of cooling capacity.Corre-sponding infrared thermographs synchronously show the tendency of the effect of refrigerant distribu-tion in micro-channels,being from good to poor with the increase of refrigerant charge.In comparison with parameters on the nameplate of the original unit,the results reveal an increase of 2.50% and 2.84%in cooling capacity and EER,respectively,and a decrease of 9.80% in refrigerant charge in the modified unit.
