摘  要:介绍了铁型覆砂造型工艺原理、流程及技术特点。分析了影响铁型覆砂造型效率的因素,拆分了工艺流程,整合了工序顺序,优化了工位时间,最后提出了循环式多工位铁型覆砂造型工艺方案,研发了一种循环式四工位铁型覆砂造型机,使造型效率提高至120型/h,有效地解决了造型效率低等问题。The article introduces the principle, flow and characteristics about molding process of sand-lined metal mold casting, the factors that influence efficiency of sand-lined metal mold casting was analyzed, the technological process was splited, the operation sequence was integrated, the station of time was optimized, finally, the solutions of the circulating transfer of sand-lined metal mold casting was proposed. In order to improve the efficiency of the molding, the circulating four-station sand molding machine is researched and developed, which make the modeling efficiency up to 120/h, the low efficiency of the modeling was solved effectively.
