摘 要:将静电纺丝尼龙66(PA66)纤维束浸润到聚乙烯醇(PVA)的水溶液中,制备了PA66-PVA复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜及拉伸试验表征浸润前后纤维束的形貌及力学性能,通过应力松弛试验表征纤维束内部的黏性力。结果表明:经过溶液浸润后纤维束的强度和断裂伸长率均有所提高,这表明纤维之间具有较好的应力传递作用;纤维之间的黏性力也有较大的提高。Electrospun PA66 fiber bundles-PVA composites were manufactured through solution impregnation. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and tensile test were used 1o characterize the morphology and the mechanical properties of PA66 fiber bundles before and afler immersed in PVA solution. The stress relaxation experiments were used to characterize viscosily force of the fiber bundles. The results show that after immersed in PVA solution, both tensile strength and failure strain increase, which means the well stress transfer between fibers. The viscosity force between fibers increases obviously.
