摘　　要：目的：采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定抗痨胶囊中岩白菜素的含量。方法：采用AgiLentC18（4.6×250mm，5μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水（9：91），流速为0.8 mL·min^-1，检测波长275nm，柱温为30℃。结果：岩白菜素进样量在0.1035～0.9315mg范围内，线性关系良好；平均回收率（n=6）分别为100.3%，RSD分别为1.0%。结论：本法简便、准确，重复性好，可为抗痨胶囊的质量控制提供实验依据。Objective：To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of bergenin in KangLao capsuLe. Methods：The separation was performed on a Agilent C18 coLumn （4.6mm×250 mm,5μm） with a mobiLe phase of methylcyanide-water （9∶91） . The fLow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1, and the detecting wavelength was 275nm;coLumn temperature of 30℃.ResuLts：The Linear ranges of bergenin was 0.1035 to 0.9315mg;the average recovery of was 100.3%（RSD=1. 0%）.ConcLusion：The method is simpLe and accurate with good reproducibiLity . It can be used to controL the quaLity of KangLao capsuLe .
