摘 要:随着智能电网的发展,需方响应成为智能电网的核心特征,传统方法难以模拟需方响应资源的运行变化对电力系统的影响,智能工程混合模型为其提供了解决思路。将各种需方响应资源汇总成能效电厂,基于智能工程利用Agent模拟技术构建了能效电厂随机生产模拟模型,设计了发电智能体、能效电厂智能体以及协调智能体。协调智能体根据负荷情况和机组报价安排发电计划并计算出清价格,发电智能体和能效电厂智能体根据出清价格调整报价策略。和等效电量函数法和序列法的比较,以及加入能效电厂之后的IEEERTS 79系统进行的定量分析,验证了利用智能体模拟技术进行随机生产模拟的有效性。Along with the development of smart grid,demand response becomes its key character.However,it is hard for traditional method to simulate the effect of the demand response to the power system operation,and the intelligent engineering hybrid model provides a useful tool to cope with such a difficulty.Various demand response resources are gathered together and treated as efficiency power plant (EPP); based on the intelligent engineering and utilizing agent technology a stochastic production simulation model of EPP is constructed,and the generation agent (GA),EPP agent (EPPA) and coordination agent (CA) are designed.According to the load condition and the quoted prices of power plants the CA makes generation scheduling and calculate the cleating price,and according to the clearing price EPPA and GA adjust the bidding strategy.The effectiveness of performing probabilistic production simulation by agent simulation technique is validated by quantitative analysis of IEEE-RTS 79,to which various types of EPPs are added,as well as the comparison results of the proposed method with equivalent energy function method and serial method.
