摘 要:针对气举井最下面安装一个G/L型射流泵与上面多级气举阀组合成的喷射气举,因射流泵工艺设计受油井多因素约束控制,目前还没有形成一套可行的喷射气举井优选和工艺设计方法,展开了研究。首先根据G/L型射流泵质量守恒、动量守恒、能量守恒和气体状态方程导出了射流泵排出口压力的计算公式,再将连续气举工艺设计与射流泵工艺设计结合起来,巧妙选取最深注气点为动态求解点,运用节点分析方法,导出了两种工艺组合的喷射气举井优选和喷射气举设计方法,最后通过实例给出了喷射气举生产动态曲线和给定注气量条件下的喷射气举设计,并与常规气举进行对比,解决了油井优选和工艺组合设计的难题。In allusion to the situation of a jet and gas lifting process combining of a G /L jet pump installed in the bottom of gas lift well and the multistage gas lifting valves above,because the jet pump design was controlled by multi-factors of the well,there were no a set of feasible methods of selecting gas lift jet pump wells and technology design,a research was carried out on the situation. First according to mass conservation,momentum conservation,energy conservation and gas state equation of G /L jet pump,a calculation formula of the jet pump outlet pressure was derived,then a continuous gas lift technology design was combined with jet pump technology design,the deepest point of gas injection was skillfully selected as the dynamic solution point,the node analysis method is used to derive a method for combined design of selecting jet gas lifting well and jet lifting. Eventually the design of performance curve for jet gas lifting production and the design of jet gas lifting under condition of given gas injection volume are established by case study,and they are compared with conventional gas lifting technology,the obtained result can be used to solve the problem of well selection and the technological design.
