摘  要:华1015S是以光温敏核不育水稻广占63-4S为轮回亲本,以携带Pi2基因的抗稻瘟病材料VE6219和携带Xa23基因的抗白叶枯病材料HBQ810为供体亲本,通过杂交、回交、复交和分子标记辅助选择,并通过低温筛选和人工气候箱鉴定选育而成的对稻瘟病和白叶枯病的抗性获得显著改良的中籼型光温敏核不育系,具有农艺性状优良、米质较优、中感稻瘟病、抗白叶枯病、育性稳定、育性转换临界温度低、配合力高等优点,2013年8月通过湖北省科技厅鉴定。Hua 1015S is a new photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile( PTGMS) line of medium indica rice with significantly improved resistance to blast and bacterial leaf blight( BLB),developed by hybridization,backcrossing,multiple crossing and molecular marker assisted selection with Guangzhan 63-4S( a widely-used PTGMS line in China) as the recipient and recurrent parent,and VE6219 bearing the Pi2 gene resistant to blast and HBQ810 carrying the Xa23 gene resistant to BLB as disease-resistant donor parents,through fertility identification and selection after low temperature in field or phytotron conditions. It is characteristic of good integrated agronomic traits, good grain quality,medium susceptibility to blast,resistance to BLB,complete and stable male sterility,low critical temperature of fertility alteration and high combining ability. In August,2013,it was technically identified by the Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province.
