摘 要:选用13对SSR引物对2012年从湖南桃江水稻抗稻瘟病鉴定中心病圃中丽江新团黑谷(广谱高感稻瘟病品种)上分离的100个稻瘟病菌单孢菌株进行了遗传多样性分析。聚类分析表明,在0.76的相似水平上100个菌株被划分成24个宗谱,其中L04和L16为优势宗谱,分别含有13个和10个菌株,各占总菌株数的13%和10%;有5个宗谱分别含菌株6~8个,共占总菌株数的35%;另17个宗谱分别含菌株1~4个,共占总菌株数的42%。说明该病圃中的稻瘟病菌群体具有较丰富的遗传多样性。To clarify the genetic diversity of Magnaporthe oryzae in the rice blast nursery in Taojiang,Hunan,100 isolates of M. oryzae were collected and isolated from a broad-spectrum highly susceptibe variety Lijiangxintuanheigu( LTH) in Taojiang in 2012. The genetic diversity of the isolates were analyzed by 13 pairs of SSR markers. The cluster analysis results showed that these isolates were classified into 24 genetic lineages at the 0. 76 similar level, among which L04 and L16,including 13 and 10 isolates,respectively,accounting for 13% and 10% of the total isolates,were the dominant lineages while,in the other lineages,5 ones contained 6 ~ 8 isolates accouting for 35% of the total isolates and 17 lineages hold 1 ~ 4 isolates accounting for 42% of the total isolates. Based on above results,the rice blast fungi in Taojiang nursery displayed a relatively abundant genetic diversity.
