摘　　要：本研究以新疆呼图壁种牛场1980—2007年共27年4 022头荷斯坦牛初生重及其头胎305 d产奶量记录为基础,估计了荷斯坦牛初生重和头胎305 d产奶量的遗传参数,为今后制定具体的育种方案提供依据。利用SAS8.1统计软件的GLM程序对影响初生重和头胎305 d产奶量的固定效应进行分析;应用MTDFREML2000f软件估计荷斯坦牛初生重和头胎305d产奶量的方差组分、遗传力和遗传相关。结果表明:场、年度、季节等3个非遗传因素对初生重和头胎305 d产奶量均有极显著影响(P<0.01);荷斯坦牛初生重的直接遗传力为0.38,母体遗传力为0.12,头胎305 d产奶量的遗传力为0.19;初生重与头胎305 d产奶量之间的遗传相关和表型相关分别为0.37、0.10。本研究首次对新疆地区荷斯坦牛初生重与产奶量做了系统的分析,探讨了初生重与产奶量之间的遗传关系,也为将来制定育种方案和遗传评定奠定基础。In order to provide the basis for the breeding plan.This study was to estimate genetic parameters for birth weight and first parity 305 days milk yield in Holstein at Xinjiang Hutubi herd farm.Birth weight and first parity 305 d milk yield data of 4022 Holstein cows in Xinjiang Hutuhi herd farm from 1980 to 2007 were evaluated.GLM procedure in SAS8.1 was used to analyse the fixed effect of birth weight and first parity 305 d milk yield,MTDFREML2000f procedure was used to estimate the Variance components,heritability and genetic correlation.The results showed that the no-genetic factors including farm,year and season significantly affected the birth weight and first parity 305 d milk yield （P＜0.01）.The direct and maternal heritability of Holstein cows birth weight are 0.38 and 0.12.The heritability of Holstein cows first parity 305 d milk yield was 0.19.The genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation between birth weight and first parity 305 d milk yield were 0.37 and 0.10.The birth weight and the milk yield of the Holstein cattle in Xinjiang were first analyzed,the genetic relationship between them was discussed as well,which were used to make breeding project and for genetic evaluation.
