摘 要:目的:检测云南不同产区草果挥发油的含量,并建立测定草果挥发油中桉油精含量的气相色谱方法。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行挥发油的提取,用GC法桉油精进行含量测定。结果:不同产区草果挥发油及桉油精含量差别较大;桉油精在0.3811~3.8115μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r〉0.999 5),平均回收率(n=6)为99.53%,RSD=1.28%。结论:该方法简便、准确,分离快速,可为草果挥发油的质量控制提供依据。Objective To determine the content of volatile oil and establish a GC method for the determination of eucalyptol in vol-atile oil from Amomum taso-ko Crevost et Lemaire in different regions of Yunnan province.Methods The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation.The content of eucalyptol were measured by GC.Results There is much difference in the content of volatile oil and eucalyptol from Amomum taso-ko in different regions of Yunnan province.Linearity of each standard was established in the con-centration range of 0.381 1 -3.811 5 μg with correlation coefficient r 〉0.999 5.Average recoveries (n =6)of eucalyptol were 99.53% with a RSD of 1.28%.Conclusion The developed method is simple,accurate,well separated and quick,which can be used as quantitative analysis of Amomum taso-ko Crevost et Lemaire.
