摘　　要：拔罐疗法在临床中发挥显著的作用。随着针灸学的发展,临床实践的应用,拔罐疗法发生了演变。系统地整理了欧洲拔罐疗法早期发展史、机制研究和发展,以期探究欧洲拔罐疗法的历史演变与现状。然而拔罐疗法的机制至今尚不明确,在今后对罐疗的研究上需要更大规模、设计更为严格的临床试验来支持其有效性。Cupping therapy plays an important role in clinical practice. With the development of acupuncture and the clinical application,cupping therapy has changed. This study systematically reviewed the early history and the current situation of the cupping therapy in Europe,in order to explore the historical evolution and current situation of cupping therapy in Europe. However,the related mechanisms remain to be clarified and further large-scale,rigorous designed trials are warranted to support the application and efficacy of cupping therapy.
