复方荆芥熏洗剂防治混合痔术后并发症88例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方荆芥熏洗剂防治混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效。方法将170例混合痔术后患者随机分为2组,治疗组88例术后应用复方荆芥熏洗剂治疗,对照组82例术后应用0.02%高锰酸钾溶液治疗。观察2组术后第1、3、5 d肛门局部水肿、疼痛评分变化和2组术后水肿消退时间、创面愈合时间变化。结果治疗组术后肛门局部水肿、疼痛评分均较对照组术后同期降低(P<0.01)。治疗组术后水肿消退时间、创面愈合时间均较对照组提前(P<0.01)。结论复方荆芥熏洗剂可预防、减轻混合痔术后肛门局部水肿、疼痛,并缩短水肿消退时间及创面愈合时间,安全方便。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound herba schizonepetae smoked lotion on mixed hemorrhoid postoperative edema .Methods 170 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery were divided into treatment group and control group .88 cases in treatment group were treated by compound herba schizonepetae smoked lotion fumigation, anus tai ointment treatment the bid .82 cases in the control group were treated by 0.02%potassium permanganate sitz bath , anus tai ointment treatment the bid , and to heal .Anus local edema , pain, edema subsided and wound healing time were observed 1, 3, 5 d after surgery in two groups .Results The anus local edema and pain score in the treatment group after 1 d, 3 d, and 5 d each time were significantly lower than that in control group （ P 〈0.01）.Time of postoperative edema subsided and wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shortened （ P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Compound herba schizonepetae smoked lotion can prevent and reduce the mixed hemorrhoid postoperative anal local edema , pain, and shorten the time of edema subsided and wound healing time, safe and convenient , worth clinical promotion .
