河南省创业板上市公司融资结构优化研究

摘　　要：河南省在创业板上市8家公司的融资结构具有外源融资比重大、资产负债率低、财务风险小、采取保守型融资策略、融资资金未充分使用等方面的特点。为了提高创业板上市公司资金的利用效率,进一步提高资金的收益率,应完善债券市场,鼓励上市公司加大科研投入,提高公司内源融资比例,加强有关机构的服务水平,适度负债同时还应加强对公司资金使用的监管。By analysis on financial structure of eight enterprises in Henan province listing on the GEM, we have found out some characteristics of big external financing ratio, low asset-liability ratio, small financial risk, conservative financing strategy and underused financial funds. In order to improve the efficiency of financial funds and enhance the yield ratio of the funds, the government should improve the bond market, encourage enterprises to increase research investment and internal financing ratio, strengthen the service of relevant institutions, hold moderate debt while also strengthen the regulation on the use of enterprise funds.
