摘　　要：建立了基于JIT管理的运输问题的数学模型,介绍了各种运输问题之间的关系,即JIT运输问题是改进的基于JIT管理的运输问题,D运输问题是特殊的JIT运输问题,B运输问题是特殊的D运输问题,而传统运输问题和时间最小运输问题又都是B运输问题的特殊情况.This paper provides the mathematical model of the transportation problem based on the JIT management,and introduces a series of transportation models and their relations：JIT-transportation model is an ameliorative transportation model based on the JIT management,D-transportation model is a special case of JIT-transportation model,B-transportation model is a special case of D-transportation model,and the traditional transportation model and time-minimizing transportation model are all the special cases of B-transportation model.
