摘　　要：为了研究吉祥草新鲜根茎中的化学成分,采用正相和反相硅胶柱层析等方法,从吉祥草中分离得到6个化合物,经理化性质和波谱解析鉴定其结构分别为腺嘌呤核苷（1）、腺嘌呤脱氧核苷（2）、色氨酸（3）、ponasterone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （4）、22 （S）-cholest 5-ene-1β,3β,16β,22-tetraol-1-O-β-D-xylopyranoside 16-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（5）、槲皮素（6）,其中化合物1～化合物5为首次从该植物中分离得到.To study the chemical constituents from the fresh rhizomes of Reineckia carnea Kunth,six compounds were obtained by normal-phase and reverse-phase silica gel columns.Based on physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis,their structures were identified as adenine nucleotide （1）,adenine nucleoside （2）,tryptophan （3）,ponasterone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （4）,22（S）-cholest-5-ene-1β,3β,16β,22-tetraol-1-O-β-D-xylopyranoside 16-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （5）,quercetin （6）.Compounds 1 ～ compounds 5 were isolated from Reineckia carnea for the first time.
