摘 要:利用正弦脉宽调制技术(SPWM)的逆变电路往往有较多的谐波,会影响光伏发电系统的正常运行。在MATLAB/Simulink软件中对双极性SPWM逆变器输出电压谐波及其产生规律进行了较为详细的分析。从仿真结果中可以看出,逆变器输出的谐波特性与调制深度、载波频率有着密切的联系。为得到更好的输出正弦波,既要增加调制比,又要考虑增加载波频率以及精确实现选定的载波频率,从而更加有效的降低谐波的危害。Inverter circuits with sinusoidal pulse width modulation( SPWM) tend to have many harmonics which will affect the normal operation of photovoltaic generation systems. In this paper,we use MATLAB /Simulink software to analyze in detail the output voltage harmonics of the dual-polarity SPWM inverter and the law of its generation. It can be seen from the simulation result that the harmonic characteristics of the inverter is closely related to the modulation depth and carrier frequency. To get a better output sine wave,we should not only raise the modulation ratio,but also increase the carrier frequency and accurately achieve the selected carrier frequency,so as to reduce the harm of harmonics more effectively.
