摘　　要：由于齿轮箱型号众多,探索性地将RFID技术从汽车涂装行业引入到常规的涂装生产线中。以某齿轮箱喷涂线为例,结合生产要求介绍RFID自动识别系统在涂装生产线的实际运用。从工艺、系统硬件、软件配置及内部程序设计等方面进行描述说明,极大地提高了常规涂装线的自动化、智能化水平。为RFID在齿轮箱智能涂装领域提供了一个良好案例。In view of the large variety of gear box models,this project makes an exploratory introduction of RFID from vehicle coating industry into the ordinary coating line. Taking a gearbox coating line as an example,under consideration of production requirement,this paper describes RFID application in the coaling line in terms of technology,system hardware,software configuration and programming. This application helps a great deal to make ordinary coaling lines more automatic and intelligent,thus providing an excellent example for RFID application in the field of gearbox coating.
