摘 要:随着电网电压等级的大幅提高和线路远距离输电的发展,线路分布电容电流对继电保护装置的影响更加突出。提出了一种基于Bergeron模型的快速分相纵联电流保护方案。大量EMTP仿真结果验证对于不同故障点处发生的各种类型故障均有效:能准确区分区内、区外故障,具有较高的可靠性;由于补偿效果好,具有较高的灵敏度;且由于保护方案是基于瞬时采样值的,具有更好的速动性。With substantial rise of grid voltage grade and development of long-distance line power transmission,distributed capacitive current on transmission lines produces even more prominent effects on relay protection device. The thesis presents a rapid split-phase longitudinal current protection scheme on the basis of the Bergeron model. Many EMTP simulation results verify that the scheme is effective for different types of faults occurring at different fault points. It can accurately distinguish between internal and external faults and is highly reliable. Because of effective compensation,the scheme has a high sensitivity. Furthermore,it has good quickness as the protection scheme is based on instantaneous sampling value.
