摘 要:本研究通过形态解剖、BrdU免疫组织化学等技术,对意大利蜜蜂Apis mellifera ligustica 3龄幼虫阶段胸神经节的结构和胚后发育特点进行了研究。结果表明:意大利蜜蜂在3龄幼虫阶段具有3个独立的胸神经节,细胞分裂活动较为活跃;成神经细胞通过不对称的细胞分裂方式形成神经节母细胞;神经节神经胶质可分为表面神经胶质、皮层神经胶质和神经纤维网神经胶质3种类型。本研究为昆虫神经系统的结构及发育特征的研究提供一定的理论证据。The ventral nerve cord (VNC) of insect is composed of suboesophageal ganglion (SOG) tho-racic ganglia (TG) and abdominal ganglia (AG) .The organization and postembryonic development of the thoracic ganglia of third instar larva in A pis mellifera ligustica was comparatively studied by using 5-bro-mo-2-deoxyuridine (BrdU) incorporation technique .The results showed that the larval VNC of the honey-bee ,A pis mellifera ligustica ,is composed of three thoracic ganglia (TG) .Asymmetric divisions produce a smaller ganglion mother cells (GMCs) .Glial cells of ganglia were classified into three categories based on the position of their cell bodies ,cell morphology :surface associated glia ,cortex associated glia and neuropil associated glia .T his study provides an essential foundation for studying organization and develop-ment in insect nervous system .
