摘 要:标准中关于纱线捻度的测试方法主要有直接计数法和退捻加捻法2种。选择不同原料、不同纺纱方法和不同细度的单纱进行了2种捻度测试方法的比较研究。结果显示,直接计数法相比退捻加捻法测得的捻系数大,捻度变异系数小,结果较准确;通过Origin软件进行拟合,退捻加捻法与直接计数法所测的捻系数存在很好的线性相关性,两种测试方法无明显差异。There are two kinds of twist testing methods in the GB standard, i.e. direct counting method and untwist-retwist method. Single yarns of different fineness made of different materials by different spinning methods were chosen for two kinds of twist testing. The result shows that the twist factor determined by direct counting method is higher than that by untwist-retwist method, the twist CV tested by the direct counting method is lower than that by untwist-retwist method, the testing of direct counting method is more accurate than that by untwist-retwist method. The twist factor determined by the direct counting method has good linear relationship with that by untwist-retwist method by use of Origin software.
