集合器对等线密度段彩纱性能的影响

摘　　要：通过选用不同规格的集合器,采用等线密度段彩纱纺纱方法,在多功能细纱机上分别纺制棉、毛两种原料的段彩纱,并且对其纱线的毛羽和条干进行测试.研究结果表明:细纱机在使用集合器时对等线密度段彩纱的质量有较大的改善作用,可较明显地改善条干、减少毛羽.同时还发现,不同规格集合器对纺纱效果影响较大,因此可以通过合理配置纺纱工艺,选择适宜的集合器出口口径来提高纱线质量,从而更好地发挥集合器的作用.Through choosing different specifications of the collector, cotton and wool segment color yarns were spanned by the new spinning way of equal linear density segment color cotton yarn. The effect of specifications of the collector on hairiness and evenness of segment color yarn is investigated. Results indicate that spinning machine adopted collector will improve properties of equal linear density segment color yarn. Especially the evenness and hairiness of segment color yarn can be well improved. High performance equal linear density segment color yarn can be produced by proper control of collector exit width.
