摘　　要：介绍了LED(发光二级管)灌封胶的分类、应用、性能及相关新型材料的发展,特别综述了LED灌封胶中环氧树脂(EP)胶粘剂的增韧和耐热改性、有机硅胶粘剂的粘接改性和聚氨酯(PU)胶粘剂的强度改性。最后对LED灌封胶的发展方向进行了展望。The classifi LED （light emitting diode） application, properties and correlation development in new materials of pouring sealants were introduced, some modifications[such as toughening and heat resistant modifications of epoxy resin （EP） adhesives, bonding modifications of organic silicone adhesives, and strength modifications of polyurethane （PU） adhesives] in LED pouring sealants were especially reviewed. Finally, the development direction of LED pouring sealants was expected.
