摘 要:为改善高浓度煤泥水的浮选效果,结合喷射式浮选柱(JFC)与旋流微泡浮选柱(FCMC)的分选优势,构建了JFC与FCMC组合工艺试验系统(JFC&FCMC系统),对比分析了FCMC及JFC&FCMC系统处理高浓度煤泥水的分选指标。结果表明:精煤灰分相当的前提下,与FCMC相比,入料浓度为100,120,140,160 g/L时,JFC&FCMC系统的精煤产率分别提高2.85%,1.82%,0.93%,1.20%,平均提高1.70%;浮选完善指标分别提高1.17%,0.56%,1.48%,1.59%,平均提高1.20%;0.50~0.25 mm煤泥的浮选完善指标分别提高8.22%,6.15%,8.83%,9.51%,平均提高8.18%。JFC&FCMC系统能充分发挥JFC与FCMC的优势,实现高浓度煤泥水的全粒级高效分选,与FCMC相比,显著改善整体分选效果,且浓度越高,分选优势越明显。In order to improve effect separation of high concentration coal slurry, a jet flotation column ( JFC ) and a cyclonic microbubble flotation column (FCMC) was adopted to comprise a two stage flotation system (JFC&FCMC) combining advantages of the two flotation columns. A favorable performance was obtained in treating high concentration coal slurry with the JFC&FCMC flotation system when compared with that of the single stage FCMC system. The com parison of results at the same clean coal ash level indicate that, when feed concentrations are set at 100,120, 140,160 g/L,clean coal yields of JFC&FCMC system are 2. 85% , 1.82% ,0. 93% , 1.20% higher (1.70% on aver age) respectively than that of single stage FCMC,flotation perfect indexes of all size fractions are 1.17% ,0.56% , 1.48% , 1.59% higher (1.20% on average) respectively ,while a more significant increase is obtained at the 0.50 -0. 25 mm coal slime,whose flotation perfect index are 8.22% ,6. 15% ,8.83% ,9.51% higher (8. 18% on average)in each concentration. So it can be concluded that JFC&FCMC system can combine the advantages of JFC and FCMC whereby separating whole fraction of high concentration coal slurry effectively. Its superiority over FCMC in treating high concentration coal slurry rises with the coal slurry concentration.
