摘　　要：段彩纱纱线条干水平普遍较差,增加了下游针织企业的织造难度,阻碍了段彩纱的普遍推广。本文分析段彩纱的工艺和性能特点,从前纺到细纱采取了一系列的工艺优化,提高了段彩纱的条干水平,条干变异系数值降低2%,大幅度降低了段彩纱的粗细节达到50%、棉结达40%,有效提高了段彩纱的纱线质量。The Evenness of segment color yarn generally poor, which increase the difficuhy of the knitting enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics of segment color yarn, a series of process optimization was taken to effectively improve the evenness of segment color yarn, the evenness of coefficient of variation was reduced by 2%, the coarse and fine knot of segment color yarn was reduced by 50%, the kilometers nep was reduced by 40%, therefore the quality of the segment color yarn was improved.
