摘　　要：针对我国农科院校传统研究生培养模式存在的不足,结合社会实际和我国农科院校需求,依托"农业企业研究生工作站"平台,从培养过程、评价体系、质量控制和经费保障四个方面,探索出宽口径、重实践的以"农业企业研究生工作站"为平台的创新性培养模式.经实践检验,该培养模式具有投资少、效果好、培养的研究生质量高、模式可复制的特点,表现出很好的推广应用前景,同时学生就业前景非常乐观.In view of the shortcomings of traditional agricultural postgraduate training mode ,of combina‐tion with the social practice and needs of our agricultural colleges ,relying on “Agricultural Enterprises Graduate Workstation” platform ,the paper explores wide caliber ,practice emphasized ,application‐orien‐ted postgraduate training mode A gricultural Enterprises Graduate Workstation from the aspect of training process ,evaluation system ,quality control and financial security .In practical applications ,the worksta‐tion show s good promotion prospects for its less investment ,good effect ,high quality trained postgradu‐ate ,copied patterns ,and also the students＆#39;employment prospects are very optimistic .
