宣痹通络汤对冠心病患者运动平板试验结果的影响

摘　　要：目的运用运动平板试验评价宣痹通络汤治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法 80例临床诊断冠心病患者使用宣痹通络汤治疗1个疗程(28 d),在治疗前后进行运动平板试验测试,以观察用药前后患者运动高峰心率、运动负荷量、运动时间、运动当量及ST段压低程度的变化。结果治疗前后运动平板对比观察,68例有显著疗效,9例有效,3例无效。临床治疗有效率达96%(P<0.05)。结论宣痹通络汤治疗冠心病有确切的疗效,能有效提高患者运动耐量,提高生活质量,运动平板试验可为中药治疗冠心病的疗效评定提供一个客观指标。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Xuanbi Tongluo Decoction on the treatment of coronary heart patients by treadmill exercise test. Methods：80 patients were treated with Xuanbi Tongluo Decoction for a course （28 days）. They were examined by treadmill exercise test before and after the treatment to observe the changes of exer- cise peak heart rate, load, time, equivalent degree and ST depression degree. Results：The contrast observation after the exercise treadmill,68 cases were significantly effective ,9 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective. Clinical effective rate reached 96% （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Xuanbi Tongluo Decoction has an exact effect on the coronary heart patients and can effectively improve the exercise tolerance and the quality of life of the patients. The exercise treadmill test can pro- vide an objective indicator to assess the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of coronary heart patients.
