摘 要:根据山西中煤东坡煤业有限公司煤层地质条件及其矿压显现规律的分析,对415工作面的巷道布置方案、设备配套方式进行了研究。结果表明:连续采煤机短壁机械化成套装备对缓倾斜厚煤层有较好的适应性;短壁工作面矿压显现特征与长壁工作面有相似性,存在初次来压与周期来压,为扩大连续采煤机的应用范围奠定基础,也为类似煤层短壁机械化开采提供借鉴。According to the analysis results of geological conditions coal seam and its law of mine pressure,the roadway layout scheme and equipment matching way of 415 working face are researched. The research results show that,the continuous miner short-wall complete sets of equipment has good adaptability to slowly inclined thick coal seam. The characteristics of mine pressure of short wall working face is similar to long wall working face and the first weighting and periodic weighting are existed. Therefor,the research results of this paper lay a foundation to expand the application range of the continuous miner and provide guidance for the short-wall mining method of the similar coal seams.
