摘 要:在分析大坝安全影响因素的基础上,参照大坝安全评价导则,构建了一套较为完整的大坝安全综合评价的多层次指标体系。针对传统的AHP法判断矩阵经常出现一致性不满足的情况,提出采用五标度法及最优传递矩阵来构造判断矩阵改进AHP法,使判断矩阵自然满足一致性检验,进而赋予各指标权重,运用模糊综合评价模型对墓东水库大坝安全进行评价。结果表明,该大坝存在安全问题,与实际情况符合。The paper develops a dam safety evaluation model with the establishment of the evaluation index system of dam safety based on the analysis of influence factors of dam safety and evaluation guide rules of dam safety. The traditional AHP often appears the problem which cannot satisfy the coherence. Its solution with five - scale method and optimal transfer matrix to construct a judgments matrix gets tne improved AHP. By making use of the method of improved AHP which could satisfy consistent verification naturally, the weight of every evaluating factor is calculated. Finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory is adopted to evaluate the safety of dam index system. The evaluation results show that the dam safety is abnormal, which consistent with actual situation.
