摘　　要：用户档案信息需求具有内容多元性、方式多样性、用户层次性的特点,用户需求视域下档案信息资源建设存在服务对象主体不明、传统观念与用户需求客观要求存在矛盾、馆藏资源结构单一、管理缺乏协同、开发利用与用户的需求有差距等问题。因此,要更新观念、关注民生、加强协同、合理规划,构建服务用户需求的档案信息资源建设体系。Users＇ requirements for archival information are characteristic of being pluralistic in content need,diversified in mode of use,and hierarchical in educational background. However,the present situation of the construction of archival information resources is far from satisfactory,with problems lying in unclear service recipients, contradiction between user needs and traditional concepts,monotonous storage of library resources,lack of collaborative management,gap between user needs and resource development and utilization,et cetera. Therefore,in order to construct a sound system of archival information resources management that caters to users＇ needs,efforts must be made to renew service concepts,address people＇s livelihood,strengthen coordination,and enhance rational planning.
