摘 要:采用溶剂萃取法从甘油氢氯化反应液中分离二氯丙醇,筛选萃取剂,并对以二氯乙烷为萃取剂的工艺进行优化。结果表明:以正辛醇为萃取剂,从二氯丙醇盐酸水溶液中萃取二氯丙醇的单级收率达到94.0%以上,但是HCl也同时全部进入萃取相;通过采用碱性有机化合物三辛胺与正辛醇复配使用,在不降低二氯丙醇收率的同时,可以减少HCl进入萃取相。氯苯和环己烷对二氯丙醇基本没有萃取效果。以二氯乙烷为萃取剂,虽然单级萃取收率比正辛醇低,但是萃取次数增加到7次,在萃取温度40℃、萃取搅拌时间60 min、二氯乙烷用量为二氯丙醇盐酸水溶液质量的1.5倍的最佳条件下,二氯丙醇的萃取收率达到94.7%,萃余相中HCl萃余率为95.7%。The dichloropropanol( DCH) was separated by the extraction from aqueous solution of dichloropropanol-hydrochloric acid,which was produced by the chlorination of glycerin. The extraction technology with the dichloroethane as the extraction solvent was optimized. Results showed that using 1-octanol,the DCH yield of single-stage extraction reached 94. 0% with all HCl in the extracted phase. The amount of HCl entered by the extracted phase could be reduced by combining basic organic compound, such as the mixture of trioctylamine and 1-octanol,while the yield of DCH would not be decreased. The extraction efficiency of DCH couldn't be improved with the chlorobenzene or the cyclohexane as the solvent. The yield of one-stage extraction with the dichloroethane as the solvent was not as high as 1-octanol,but the extraction efficiency increased with the increasing of extraction times. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction temperature of 40 ℃,the extraction stirring time of 60 min,the mass ratio of dichloroethane to dichloropropanol-hydrochloric acid solution of 1. 5 ∶ 1,and the extraction times was 7. Under those conditions,the yield of DCH could reach 94. 7%,while the unextraction efficiency of HCl in extraction raffinate was 95. 7%.
