摘 要:目的:比较HIV性途径感染女性高危人群及健康体检人群阴道乳酸杆菌的检出率及具有防御功能的乳酸杆菌检出率,对高危组阴道防御能力做出正确评估,为更好地实施预防治疗及干预活动提供理论基础。方法:选择71例健康体检者,120例性工作者阴道分泌物进行乳酸杆菌阳性率及具有防御功能的乳酸杆菌阳性率检测,确定高危人群组乳酸杆菌分布及防御能力。结果:高危人群组乳酸杆菌的检出率及具有防御能力的乳酸杆菌检出率均低于健康人群,经χ2检验,差异有统计学意义。结论:性病的易感性与阴道的微环境的破坏,尤其乳酸杆菌数量的减少及防御能力的降低有着至关重要的关系。Objective:To compare the quantity and the protection function of Lactobacillus in the vagina between the high-risk females in STD and the healthy group,and evaluate its defense capability,in order to provide a theoretical basis for implementing the prevention and treatment interventions. Methods:71 healthy women and 120 high-risk females in STD were selected. The rate of vaginal Lactobacilli and its function of producing the organic acids,hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),and other antimicrobial substances in vaginal secretions were detected to quantify the number and defensive ability of Lactobacilli of high risk population. Results:The positive rate of Lactobacillus,and the protection of the high-risk females in STD were lower than the healthy group. Conclusion: Susceptibility of STD has an important relationship with the damage of the micro environment of vaginal,especially the reduction of the amount and defense ability of Lactobacillus
