摘　　要：为了深入巩固"三集五大"体制革新成果,使信息专业与通信专业由部门合并到专业融合,国网辽宁省电力公司抢抓农网通信网络改造机遇,通过网络资源共享、业务整合,引领人员、专业融合,提升了专业管理水平。此举在提高网络健壮性的同时,更使网络速率成倍增长,网络的承载能力、容灾能力得到跃升,推动信息与通信专业相融合的意义极大,为更好地发挥信息通信对智能电网的支撑作用奠定了基础。In order to thoroughly consolidate achievements from the reformation of the ＂Three Intensive Management and Five Large-scale Movements＂ system, and promote the change from the mergence of departments to the integration of the information profession and the communication profession, State Grid Liaoning Electric Power Co., Ltd., actively seizes the opportunity of communication network upgrade of the rural power grid to improve the professional management level through network resource sharing, business integration, and prol＇ession integration. Such a measure can not only improve the robustness or＂ network, increase several times over network rate, and enhance the network capacity and the disaster recovery ability, but also has a great significance in laying a foundation for making information communication play a critical role in smart grid.
