浅议“6自”班训与大学生价值观培养

摘　　要：班训,是对班级学生形成的训导文化。通过对100多所学校的班级的班训内容进行了研究,主要可用"6自"来概括,即"自律、自尊、自爱、自信、自立、自强"。"6自"是站在学生的角度,诠释的是自己同自己、自己与他人、自己与社会等诸多关系问题。从哲学的角度,这些问题也就是价值观问题。对大学生价值观的教育要求我们做到贴近学生、贴近生活、贴近实际。"6自"可以作为大学生价值观培养的基础,在班级进行倡导,但必须做到结合中国的传统文化,并落到实处。Class motto, is the formation of class learning culture. By studying class motto＇s contents of 100 schools, it is concluded mainly as＂6 self＂, namely＂self-discipline, self-esteem, self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-improvement＂. From the perspective of the students,＂6 self＂ is the interpretation of the relationship of his own, with others, and with society. From a philosophical viewpoint, these problems are problems of values. College Students＇ values education requires us to be close to students, close to life, close to the actual.＂6 self＂can be used as the foundation of cultivating college student＇s values in the class, but must be combined with Chinese traditional culture and bring it into effect.
