摘 要:目的:优选防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:以总生物碱的含量和浸膏的率为考察指标,采用正交试验,考察提取溶媒的浓度、提取时间、提取次数和提取溶媒的用量对提取的影响,确定了防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件是:以6倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次1小时。结论:优选得到的提取工艺得率高,操作简便易行。Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Fangchinoline and Tetrandrine in StephaniaTetrandra S. Moore by orthogonal design. Methods: The optimal extraction conditions,such as the concentration of extraction solvent,extraction time,extraction times and amount of solvent to material were investigated by orthogonal design; the content of the total alkaloids and Extract yield were the inspection index. Results: The optimal conditions for the extraction process were as follows,and took 60% alcohol as dissolving medium,extract 3 times,1 h / time. Conclusion: The extraction technology developed after optimization was a high efficiency and easier to operate.
